Every man who dies a natural death is to be given absolution from taxes at the moment of his death.
Considering that all ones life one is subjected to city tax, state laws, bylaws, etc. etc. etc. not to mention
death tax above burial costs, I think it only fair that at death one also be given free reign of the burial site
so that one be buried anywhere he or she so pleases, tax free, as stated in the final will.
Death is probably the most important rite of passage, after all, and the earth is but a burial place.
